Request Data Deletion
You may ask us to delete personal data we hold about you in connection with Sanket.ai on WhatsApp. This page explains how to submit a request and what to expect.
How to request deletion
Send an email to our Data Protection Office at dpo@gyan.ink from an address you can access. Include the WhatsApp phone number you use with Sanket.ai (with country code, e.g. +91…), so we can locate your account.
Email dpo@gyan.inkSubject line will be prefilled as “Data deletion request - Sanket.ai”. You can add any extra details in the body.
What we delete
After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data we store for that WhatsApp number where applicable, such as profile fields, conversation history we keep for the service, and related service records—subject to legal or security requirements that may require limited retention.
WhatsApp / Meta: We do not control Meta’s systems. Message data on WhatsApp may be retained by Meta under their policies. For Meta-related privacy choices, see Meta’s help and privacy settings for WhatsApp.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within thirty (30) days of receiving a complete request. Complex cases may take longer; we will notify you if we need additional time or information.
Verification
We may ask you to confirm control of the WhatsApp number or other reasonable information to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
