1. Who we are

Sanket.ai provides Vedic astrology (Jyotish) and dream interpretation through WhatsApp. For privacy questions, contact us at support@gyan.ink.

2. What we collect

• WhatsApp account data: your phone number and, if you share it, your name as shown in WhatsApp.
• Messages and media: text you send, including birth details and dream descriptions, and voice notes you send for interpretation.
• Service data: information needed to run conversations (for example, language preference and onboarding progress).
• Technical data: standard server and infrastructure logs (for example, timestamps and error diagnostics) to operate and secure the service.

This website is informational. We do not require an account to read it. We do not use advertising cookies on this static page.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Provide readings, dream analysis, and onboarding on WhatsApp;
• Maintain your session and conversation context;
• Improve reliability, safety, and quality of the service;
• Comply with law and respond to valid legal requests where required.

4. AI processing

We use a trained large language model (LLM) to generate responses. Content you send (including text and audio you choose to share) may be transmitted to our AI infrastructure for processing. How subprocessors handle that data is governed by their terms and our agreements with them. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Where data is stored

User and conversation data that we persist is stored with cloud infrastructure providers in regions located in India, so your stored data remains hosted in India. We implement appropriate safeguards consistent with our providers’ offerings and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), where it applies.

6. WhatsApp and Meta

Our service is delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta processes messaging data according to Meta’s terms and privacy policies. We receive messages through WhatsApp as necessary to operate Sanket.ai. We are not responsible for Meta’s practices; please review Meta’s documentation for how WhatsApp handles data.

7. Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may change as the product evolves; we will update this page when material changes occur.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To request deletion of data we hold, use our Request Data Deletion page or email dpo@gyan.ink (Data Protection Office). For other requests, email support@gyan.ink with details we can verify. You may stop using the WhatsApp service at any time; doing so limits new data we receive from you through that channel.

10. Children

Sanket.ai is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have collected a child’s information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. International users

Persistent storage of your account and conversation data with us is hosted in India, as described in section 5. Some processing steps (for example, AI inference or messaging delivery) may involve systems outside India depending on how our subprocessors route traffic. If you access Sanket.ai from outside India, you acknowledge this processing model.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
